Deposit: When you schedule an appointment that is a long period of time or a chemical service, I require a deposit. This ensures that you get your appointment and that I am guaranteed to make rent for a service that takes a long amount of time. THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE (this is the only thing you will be charged as long as you cancel 48 hours in advance) If you need to cancel please do so as soon as possible. If you cancel your appointment anytime after the 48 hours window before the service you will be charged an additional 25% of you service balance. This is a short notice cancelation fee. That again ensures that the appointment time of long services that are booked and canceled on short notice, I get paid for. NO SHOWS GET CHARGED 75% of what they were scheduled for. This is the fee if you do not cancel and just not show up.
